“Why can’t I just be happy?”

Millions of people like you are asking themselves this question…as society tells us over and over “Just do what makes you happy…”

Yet 40% of people are still not happyDoesn’t that seem off to you?

What’s worse are the feelings of failure, frustration, disappointment, and self-doubt as you shame yourself for not succeeding at being happy…

The issue is this: what we have been taught about happiness is wrong  and we simply can’t be happy all the time. Instead, we must find true satisfaction.

True satisfaction is about finding joy despite our challenges, perhaps even BECAUSE of our challenges…

It’s about connecting with our truth and being authentic to ourselves — so even when things go bad we feel confident, self-assured, and resilient.

In this free 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to access this unshakeable feeling of contentment inside you.

In this workshop, you’ll discover:

  • How true satisfaction is about following your own inner compass rather than “chasing happiness” in the way you’ve been told to — and a few practices to help you get on the right path
  • How to move past your fears towards living your most authentic, meaningful life full of purpose
  • A framework for making tough decisions and finishing what you started — so you can move toward the life you truly want
  • How people pleasing is one of the worst qualities keeping you from developing genuine life contentment — and what you can do to stop living your life for others rather than yourself
  • How releasing assumptions can help you develop a sense that you are the narrator and main character of your life again
  • A simple, quick practice to stop negative or obsessive thoughts in their tracks — so you can release anxiety and access more inner peace each day
  • And much more…
